Give thanks to the Lord for he is good!

Good morning!!!!  This is an email that I sent out to my favorite girls last week.  I thought I would post it here to share! 1 Corinthians 1:4-5 New International Version (NIV)  Thanksgiving 4  I always thank my God for you because of his grace given you in Christ Jesus. 5  For in him you have been enriched in every way—with all kinds of speech and with all knowledge— You all know my weirdness…and I am so thankful that you love me anyways!  J   I have a book called 10,000 Gifts.  I have opened this book and have attempted to read it several times.  Last year was the last time I picked it up, and if I remember I finished the first chapter.   In the meantime, I think I have lost the book (surprise, surprise).  Anyways, I’ve been in a kind of funky mood the past few days.  And, to cheer myself up, I thought about my Sunday school class.  They always make me smile and cheer me up.  We started a thankful tree last Sunday.  We talked about giving thanks to God every day, and
